In 2020, Tiffany founded Lip Glamor amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Using ingredients from her kitchen, she created a natural lip balm for herself during quarantine, which quickly gained popularity among her friends. It was then that she realized she had stumbled upon a need in the market.
With increasing demand for her products, Tiffany embarked upon her entrepreneurial journey in 2021. She enrolled in a small business course and earned her "Starting Your Own Small Business" certificate from her local Community College. On launch day, she introduced a range of handcrafted lip balms, serums, scrubs, accessories, and more for her customers to choose from. In 2022, she filed for her LLC and rebranded her business.
